Rotational Analyst | Roivant

The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year Rotational Analyst program at Roivant, located in New York, NY, commencing July 2027. Roivant is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on accelerating the development and commercialization of medicines to improve the lives of patients. This program aims to attract and develop future leaders across the Roivant family by accelerating talent development. Analysts will own significant projects from day one, contributing to tackling important and challenging problems in healthcare within a rapidly changing environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Investments: Evaluate in-licensing opportunities to expand Roivant’s portfolio of life-changing medicines.
• Research & Development: Perform literature reviews to identify indication expansion opportunities in support of Vants.
• Vant Strategy: Develop strategies to accelerate clinical trial recruitment for various Vants.
• Strategic Finance: Create investor decks, in partnership with key executives, for Phase 3 clinical trial readouts.
• Project Ownership: Own significant projects from day one, making a meaningful impact across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate university in the United States with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Pursuing an undergraduate degree in the life sciences, business, economics, or a related quantitative field, with demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare, biotech, or the life sciences.
• Experience: Recent college graduate with a track record of academic excellence, including a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Authorization to work in the U.S. as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including STEM-OPT. Willingness to relocate to New York, NY.
• Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise recommendations. Analytical rigor, demonstrated through asking sharp questions and digging into data to find answers. Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, with a proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines. Capacity for creative problem-solving and a can-do attitude to overcome obstacles.
