The role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to ensure accurate reporting and support planning processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Support the preparation and consolidation of revenue reporting across Kestra Direct, Private Wealth (including Arden Trust), and Kestra Insurance business lines.
• Analysis: Prepare detailed monthly revenue results, including comprehensive variance analysis against prior periods and budget allocations.
• Forecasting: Assist with critical revenue forecasting activities, including annual budget planning and reforecasting processes.
• Modeling: Construct and maintain robust financial models to support revenue projections and in-depth analytical reviews.
• Insights: Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives across the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding of financial analysis and revenue drivers.
• Experience: Bring 2-5 years of professional experience, specifically utilizing advanced Excel functionality and demonstrating the ability to work effectively with large, complex datasets.
• Skills: Exhibit a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication abilities.
• Bonus: Proven ability to partner effectively across various business lines and influence senior stakeholders, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while maintaining a highly analytical and detail-oriented approach.
