Revenue Analyst – Contract | Broadridge

The Tone:
This is a temporary, contract position at Broadridge, lasting approximately 12 months with potential for extension. It is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days remote work and 2 days in-office per week. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate invoice distribution, providing quality assurance, and resolving client-related issues within a corporate finance team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process revenue entries, journal entries, and financial transactions by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from multiple systems.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures to minimize the organization’s and clients’ financial exposure or liabilities.
• Maintain adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley controls and requirements, SEC regulations, and client contract terms.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues encountered during daily operational procedures and workflows.
• Assist in month-end close activities, including the preparation of general ledger entries and calculations for accruals, amortization, and revenue deferrals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, and VBA.
• Skills: Strong data analytics capabilities, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is considered a plus.
