Starting Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: $14 – $16 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Office Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting our sales associates, customers, and store management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing payments and finance applications.
• Answering delivery questions and assisting with customer care inquiries.
• Answering phones and managing general office communications.
• Performing various other office duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Over one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Customer Service: Courteous and patient with a strong customer service orientation.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer navigation, general computer knowledge, and understanding of MS Office.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED or higher.
