Job Description: Retail Intern
Become part of Kwik Trip’s fast-paced, guest-centric Retail Management Department. This paid internship offers hands-on experience supporting the retail team, providing exposure to various leadership styles and activities including:
• Marketing
• Inventory control
• Accounting
• Auditing
• Ordering
• Human Resource responsibilities
The internship is primarily focused on supporting the retail department.
Qualifications:
• Actively pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree.
• High aptitude for learning diverse tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proven teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Schedule:
Internship hours are variable depending on workload, but a minimum of 20 hours per week is required Monday through Sunday during school semesters. Hours may increase to up to 40 hours during school breaks. Flexibility with school schedules is offered.
