What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Proactively greet and assist customers promptly, efficiently handling multiple customer interactions.
• Product Knowledge: Understand customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering merchandise recommendations.
• Sales Promotion: Inform customers about current store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, using product knowledge to offer alternative solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges.
• Operational Communication: Communicate merchandise restocking needs, service requirements, and any customer feedback to management in a timely manner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: At least 16 years old with the ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
• Experience: Comfortable with or willing to learn technology, including cash registers, hand-held, and mobile devices.
• Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to engage with customers, able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally, and use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
