The Tone:
This is an in-person role at Swire Coca-Cola. Swire Coca-Cola is a leading family-owned bottler and distributor of over 50 iconic beverage brands and flavors across 13 states. As a Retail Account Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, ensuring product availability, and building strong customer relationships, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering refreshment and creating joy for consumers. You will act as the beverage industry expert for your accounts, executing promotional activities and ensuring merchandising standards are met.

• Team: Reports to a Field Sales Manager, collaborates with and supervises merchandisers.
• Mission: Drive sales growth and build trust with customers by expertly managing product availability, executing promotions, and ensuring merchandising standards are met across a full portfolio of beverage products.
• Tech Stack: CONA, Excel, Outlook, PDF reader (on iPhone and iPad devices)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Interact with decision-makers in customer locations to build rapport and place product orders, maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumer purchase.
• Merchandising Excellence: Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, and stock coolers, ensuring they are properly maintained, stocked, and rotated per company standards.
• Sales Growth: Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout assigned stores to increase sales volume and generate additional revenue.
• Inventory & Operations: Maintain backroom stock areas in a safely accessible formation within assigned storage areas and process product credits for pick up by bulk drivers.
• Team Collaboration: Supervise and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets Swire’s vehicle policy requirements, and reliable transportation.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices. Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bonus: An equivalent degree or certificate to a High School Diploma is preferred.
