What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and develop highly-sophisticated communication products for professional and mission-critical markets, including commercial, government, and industrial segments.
• Simulate: Utilize advanced modeling and simulation software, specifically for RF simulation using ADS/CST and Digital Signal Integrity simulation with Mentor Graphics and Cadence SI tool, to create and evaluate designs rigorously before releasing PCB layout Gerber files for fabrication.
• Collaborate: Work actively within a team of highly-qualified engineers to generate innovative ideas and design comprehensive communication systems, encompassing infrastructure, subscribers, and accessories, all tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
• Engineer Sub-Circuits: Take responsibility for designing and developing specific sub-circuits across various domains, including RF components such as receivers, transmitters, VCOs, amplifiers, filters, and mixers; digital and controller elements like microcontrollers, logics, and LCD circuits; and power/audio sections covering batteries, voltage regulators, audio amplifiers, filters, speakers, and microphones.
• Innovate: Embrace cutting-edge research and development to proactively stay ahead of the latest industry technology trends, driving innovation that pushes the boundaries of what is possible in mission-critical communications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or closely related disciplines. Advanced degrees such as a Master of Science (MSc), Master of Engineering (M.Eng), or PhD specializing in areas relevant to product design are considered an added advantage.
• Experience: Possess a basic understanding in at least one of the core fields: RF, digital controller, or audio. Must demonstrate practical ability in utilizing essential RF/digital controller/audio measuring equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters.
• Skills: Circuit design for RF, digital, power, and audio systems; proficiency in test and measurement equipment operation; and fundamental knowledge of communication product development.
• Bonus: Previous simulation experience using tools like ADS, PSPICE, or other SI tools is highly valued.
