Commercial Leadership Development Program – Fluid Solutions | Watts Water Technologies

The Tone:
This is a three-year hybrid rotational program at Watts Water Technologies, primarily based in North Andover, MA, with rotations including Franklin, NH. Watts Water Technologies, a 150-year-old organization, builds best-in-class products for safe, clean, and sustainable water solutions in residential and commercial settings. This program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering and product leaders, contributing directly to the company’s crucial mission of providing safe water for the world and protecting the planet’s most valuable resource.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Support the development of customer solutions and technical quotations, translating customer insights into potential product opportunities.
• Product Development: Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects, gaining practical experience in factory and manufacturing environments while supporting sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Product Strategy: Conduct financial and commercial analysis, including pricing and profitability support, to contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with and collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations to coordinate projects and drive business objectives.
• Technical Data Analysis: Analyze technical data and customer feedback (Voice of Customer) to support decision-making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a graduation date of May 2027. This is an early-career role focusing on developing future leaders in engineering and product.
• Experience: Demonstrated technical acumen and problem-solving ability, coupled with a proven interest in leadership development and intellectual curiosity to grow into future leadership positions.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset to interpret technical and business data, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, proactivity, and strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Willingness to learn, ask questions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, alongside the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and accountability.
