The TL;DR

• Mission: Provide assigned facilities with necessary equipment and supplies for optimal patient care.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor and restock hospital equipment and supplies to maintain availability.
• Maintain PAR levels to ensure adequate inventory of sterile and unsterile supplies.
• Fill inventory supply requisitions and deliver supplies to various departments.
• Ensure all patient care equipment and supplies comply with Infection Control guidelines.
• Participate in the annual physical inventory process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in a college Respiratory Therapy program.
• Experience: No prior work experience is preferred for this role.
• Skills:
• Technical skills for equipment/supply disassembly and re-assembly.
• Understanding and implementation of basic infection control and aseptic technique procedures.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining workflow control.
• Comprehension of moderately complex written materials, such as patient records.
• Verbal communication with Associates, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
