• Mission: Drive end-to-end resource planning, governance, and operational execution to align investments with strategic priorities and business outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Resource Planning: Lead comprehensive workforce and resource planning for full-time employees and vendor resources across assigned MCAPS-Core organizations.
• Governance & Execution: Manage resource governance processes to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant execution of workforce investments.
• Strategic Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, and resource investment decisions.
• AI-First Transformation: Champion AI-first ways of working, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital labor to improve productivity.
• Insights & Communication: Translate complex resource data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership, influencing decisions through data-driven analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
• Skills: Analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex workforce and business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Bonus: Experience partnering with senior business leaders to develop workforce strategies aligned to organizational growth, transformation, and business priorities, including evaluating opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions.
