What You’ll Actually Do
• Undergo Rotations: Undertake an extensive 2-year job rotation journey across various teams and product offices to build a foundational understanding of the bank’s operations.
• Drive Operational Success: Gain exposure to and contribute to the operational backbone of the bank, specifically in areas such as deposits and payments, global markets operations, business management, and process improvement.
• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, steer changes, and foster success within MUFG.
• Develop Professionally: Participate in network-wide ongoing development programmes, potentially including overseas training and outside-in exposure events like company visits and external training.
• Build Relationships: Foster professional growth through regular career coaching from HR and direct managers, alongside engaging in staff activities to build a robust internal network.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business analytics, information systems, engineering, finance, statistics, data science or a related discipline.
• Experience: Less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.
• Skills: Demonstrate working knowledge of Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfort working with data, systems, and structured problem-solving. Possess a process-oriented, methodical approach with high attention to detail, coupled with a strong sense of accountability and operational risk awareness. Exhibit clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams, along with proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• Bonus: Advantageous experience in data analysis, technology transformation, operations, risk, or project work. Candidates should also be curious about automation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement, self-motivated with a genuine interest in banking and finance, and demonstrate learning agility with a can-do attitude.
