Residential Remodeler | West Shore Home
The Tone:
This is a full-time Residential Remodeler role at West Shore Home, located in Atlanta, GA, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. What You’ll Actually Do
• Warehouse Operations: Start the day by arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to efficiently load all necessary materials and properly stock company trucks for daily installations.
• Customer Engagement: Travel to various customer homes, warmly greet homeowners, and establish a positive rapport to ensure a comfortable and professional service experience.
• Remodeling Installations: Carefully remove existing window or door components, precisely install replacement windows and exterior doors, and expertly replace associated trim work to complete the remodel.
• Post-Installation Care: Conduct a thorough clean-up of the work area within the customer’s home, demonstrating meticulous care and respect for their property.
• Administrative Closeout: Accurately collect all required project paperwork and final customer payments before returning to the warehouse at the end of the workday.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Candidates should have foundational experience in carpentry, general remodeling, or construction work. However, individuals demonstrating a strong hunger to learn and develop new trade skills are also highly encouraged to apply, as paid training is provided.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of identifying and safely operating common hand tools and power tools is required for performing installation tasks effectively.
• Skills: A valid Driver’s License is essential, along with reliable personal transportation to commute to the warehouse and job sites. Furthermore, candidates must possess a valid smartphone or smart device capable of logging into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Bonus: A strong enthusiasm for acquiring new trade skills and pursuing professional growth within the residential remodeling industry.
