The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, weekends free
• Location: In-person, Portland, OR
• Pay: Up to $25 hourly, plus generous tips, paid weekly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Residential Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning services for various residential properties across the greater Portland metropolitan area.
• Eco-Friendly Practices: Utilize all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and methods provided by the company, avoiding chemicals and bleaches.
• Methodical Cleaning: Apply proven cleaning techniques and processes learned during a 7-day one-on-one training period with an experienced mentor.
• Independent Work: Execute cleaning tasks predominantly independently, allowing for focused work and personal productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Strive for high-quality results and maintain efficiency in cleaning, with ongoing support and development guidance from an assigned mentor.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should exhibit strong personal character and a dedication to quality work, aligning with the company’s philosophy of hiring for character and providing skill training. No specific educational background is required, but a commitment to thoroughness and attention to detail is highly valued.
• Experience: No prior cleaning experience is required for this position. Clean Affinity provides comprehensive, 7-day one-on-one training with an experienced mentor, ensuring all new team members learn the proven cleaning methods and receive ongoing support for quality and efficiency development.
• Skills:
