The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Taikang Life Insurance, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week. Taikang Life Insurance is a leading financial services group in China, with a strong focus on life insurance and asset management. This role supports the Multi-Strategy Investment Department by conducting vital research and analysis to inform investment decisions and strategy development, contributing directly to the company’s investment strategy within the domestic market.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Systematically review and summarize domestic and international literature on factor investing and asset allocation based on research requirements.
• Strategy Replication: Replicate investment strategies by applying research findings and adapting them to the specifics of the domestic market as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports detailing literature summaries and key research findings.
• Research Support: Provide direct assistance to researchers on various specific investment research tasks and projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree or above. Entry-level. Solid foundational knowledge in economics and finance.
• Experience: Minimum internship period of 3 months. Able to work at least 4 days per week. Good English language proficiency.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python is required.
• Bonus: Strong mathematical foundations and programming capabilities are preferred.
