What You’ll Actually Do
• Research Execution: Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research, drawing insights from both internal company data and external industry sources.
• Data Analysis: Systematically gather, validate, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify critical trends, patterns, potential risks, and valuable opportunities.
• Strategic Insight: Perform in-depth market, industry, competitor, customer, and internal business research to directly support strategic initiatives and informed decision-making.
• Reporting & Presentation: Develop clear and compelling reports, presentations, dashboards, and concise research summaries for management and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication to all audiences.
• Business Recommendations: Interpret complex research findings to formulate and provide data-driven recommendations that effectively support and drive key business objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professionals with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Market Research, Social Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience: Prior experience (preferred) in research, data analysis, business intelligence, market research, or consulting. Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis functions, and comprehensive reporting tools, is a key requirement.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities; excellent report-writing, presentation, and communication skills for diverse audiences; the capability to work effectively with large datasets and synthesize information from multiple sources; and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality with excellent attention to detail.
• Bonus: Advantageous knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or similar analytical and visualization tools; familiarity with various research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation techniques.
