What You’ll Actually Do
• Revenue Generation: Drive rental, lease, and used vehicle sales by actively handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, and maintaining accurate data in the company’s marketing database to meet market share objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Manage all rental asset processes, including ensuring vehicle preventative maintenance (PM) and cleanliness standards are met, contributing to efficient day-to-day location performance.
• Customer Advocacy: Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain strong ongoing relationships, grow the existing customer base, and ensure loyalty.
• Financial & Compliance Management: Understand the profit and loss (P&L) drivers of rental operations and ensure all activities align with company, local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Leadership & Team Building: Gain experience in human resources principles to build, develop, and lead a team, preparing for future management responsibilities within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or a similar related degree; this is an entry-level career position designed for accelerated development.
• Experience: While no specific prior experience is strictly required for program entry, candidates with one (1) year or more of customer service experience, specifically involving issues resolution, are preferred.
• Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities; Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the creation and maintenance of professional relationships across all organizational levels; Exhibit detail-orientation with strong follow-up practices; Be proficient in computer use at an intermediate level.
• Bonus: Display flexibility to adapt to an environment with frequently changing priorities and demands; Possess a high degree of common sense and the aptitude to learn quickly; Be willing to relocate within the region or across the US upon successful completion of the training program.
