What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Review, process, and maintain business data and records within company systems.
• Data Integrity: Verify information for accuracy and completeness, then identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Process various documents, forms, and digital records, assisting with document management and record retention.
• Reporting Support: Generate reports and provide assistance with data tracking activities.
• Operational Support: Support operational and administrative workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Core domain knowledge in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working independently.
• Bonus: Previous data entry or administrative experience, familiarity with spreadsheets and database systems, experience handling confidential information, knowledge of CRM or record management software, and strong typing and data organization skills.
