What You’ll Actually Do
• Security Monitoring: Monitor security alerts and system activity to identify potential issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain security records, internal systems, and prepare performance summaries and reports.
• Incident Support: Support the tracking and documentation of security incidents.
• Access Management: Assist with processes related to access and user administration.
• Operational Support: Track operational and security issues, and support process improvement and project coordination activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Interest in building a career in cybersecurity, information security, technology operations, or risk management.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer support, administration, IT, or related roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail and organization, basic understanding of technology and security concepts, familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently.
• Bonus: IT support or help desk experience, exposure to cybersecurity concepts, experience with documentation and reporting, interest in security operations and technology, and basic troubleshooting skills.
