What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal teams, handling documentation, communication, scheduling, and general project assistance.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars for various internal stakeholders and track important deadlines and administrative tasks.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, including organizing and ensuring the integrity of digital filing systems and business documents.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare essential reports, presentations, and correspondence, contributing to clear and timely communication across departments.
• Operational Assistance: Assist with data entry, database management, and support various project coordination and operational activities, including process improvement initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; this role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in administration, operations support, or business services.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or other general support-oriented roles is required for this entry-level position.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and fundamental computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and comfort working independently in a remote environment are essential.
• Bonus: Previous administrative or office support experience, specific scheduling and coordination experience, data entry or reporting experience, familiarity with document management systems, and a genuine interest in business operations and administration.
