The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role; suitable for individuals from backgrounds such as door-to-door sales, canvassing, solar sales, roofing sales, pest control sales, fundraising, retail sales, customer service, and hospitality. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Experience: No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and a proven system are provided.
• Skills: Self-motivation, strong communication skills, a coachable attitude, and a reliable work ethic. Comfort with working independently, talking with people, and handling rejection is essential.
