Job Description

Hourly Wage & Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour

Note: The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:

  • Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
  • Premiums: May range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. These premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Summary: Remodel Associate

As a Remodel Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting facilities through their remodel process. This involves a variety of tasks aimed at transforming the store environment while ensuring a safe and positive experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the fixture warehouse.
  • Dismantling existing fixtures and displays.
  • Setting up new fixtures and displays according to remodel plans.
  • Cleaning and maintaining areas that have undergone remodeling.
  • Assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
  • Maintaining a safe shopping environment for all customers and associates.
