Relationship Banker – Walker Farms Branch (New Build) | JPMorgan Chase

What You’ll Actually Do
• Put clients first: Deliver attentive and friendly service to clients, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment within the branch.
• Manage client relationships: Proactively manage assigned clients by meeting with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand their financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Communicate consultatively: Engage in clear, polite, and consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by asking questions and listening to anticipate their needs.
• Educate on technology: Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, enabling them to manage their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they prefer.
• Learn and collaborate: Quickly and accurately learn banking products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with our team of experts to address specialized financial needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with a proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
2. Ability to create memorable client experiences and quickly resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
3. Ability to operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
4. The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain these licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire. Also, requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 upon active employment.
