Customer Experience Associate, Pathways – New Graduates | Robinhood

This is a full-time role at Robinhood, located in Denver, CO, and Westlake, TX. This role is a key entry point for new talent, offering foundational knowledge and pathways to a career in financial services. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will serve as the company’s voice, ensuring users feel understood and valued while contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience.

• Mission: Guide new graduates through licensing and training to become a registered broker, delivering exceptional customer support across multiple channels.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Navigation: Guide new graduates through the structured CXR Pathway Program outline.
• Licensing Completion: Achieve the required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses with paid study time.
• Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and phone channels.
• Product Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer, identifying and communicating improved ways to serve customers and enhance products.
• Financial Expertise: Grow proficiency in a range of financial concepts as you develop into a Registered Representative.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree or experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Experience: Customer-facing experience.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt to customer experience delivery through phone and written channels; ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety; independent thought and judgment; task prioritization in a multi-task environment; commitment and resilience over 26 weeks; schedule flexibility.
• Bonus: Existing FINRA SIE license; experience working in a customer support environment.
