Regional Marketing Intern, LATAM (12 months) | Aircall

The Tone:

This role is crucial for supporting the execution of the LATAM marketing strategy, ensuring that global priorities are brought to life locally through tailored, relevant, and impactful campaigns, events, and GTM programs within the LATAM market.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Full-time (up to 12 months, 40 hours/week)

• Pay: $22–$25 hourly
• Team: Reports to the LATAM Regional Marketing Manager
• Mission: Support the execution of the LATAM marketing strategy by localizing global priorities into impactful regional campaigns and initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
Execute Regional Campaigns: Support the delivery of planned LATAM regional marketing activities, including campaigns, events, webinars, partner initiatives, and local activations that align with global priorities.
Localize Content: Review and adapt global campaigns, messaging, and assets to ensure relevance and accuracy for the LATAM market.
Manage Operations: Assist with campaign and event operations, including asset quality assurance and coordinating cross-functional resource requests.
Track Initiatives: Help ensure wider marketing and GTM teams have clear visibility into LATAM marketing initiatives by supporting the upkeep of marketing calendars, project plans, and tracking processes.
Analyze Performance: Support reporting and performance analysis, helping to track leads and pipeline influence from regionally executed initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor or Master degree student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this internship role.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to proactively work as a team player with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: First-hand experience in Marketing or Events.
