Regional Marketing Intern, LATAM (12 months) | Aircall

The Tone:
This is a 12-month internship at Aircall, located in San Francisco, with a hybrid work schedule. Aircall is a unicorn company that builds an AI-powered customer communications platform, used by over 22,000 companies globally, to drive revenue and improve customer interactions. This role is crucial for supporting the execution of the LATAM marketing strategy, acting as an integral part of the local go-to-market engine, and ensuring operational excellence and local impact of global initiatives.

The TL;DR

• Team: LATAM Regional Marketing Manager (RMM)
• Mission: Support the execution of the LATAM marketing strategy, transforming global campaigns into high-impact local experiences and ensuring operational excellence across LATAM initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Support the execution of the LATAM regional marketing plan, delivering planned campaigns, events, webinars, and local activations.
• Localize: Review and adapt global campaigns, messaging, and assets to ensure relevance and accuracy for the LATAM market.
• Operate: Assist with campaign and event operations, including asset quality assurance and cross-functional coordination with central marketing and campaign teams.
• Track: Support reporting and performance analysis, helping track leads and pipeline influence from regionally executed initiatives.
• Collaborate: Partner with local Go-To-Market teams on the operational execution of LATAM marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and visibility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate pursuing or having completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required; first-hand experience in Marketing or Events is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish; a proactive and positive attitude; and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Bonus: First-hand experience in Marketing or Events.
