Regional Director of Operations | Infinity Healthcare Consulting
The Tone:
This is a full-time Regional Director of Operations role at Infinity Healthcare Consulting, with travel throughout Indiana including overnight stays. Infinity Healthcare Consulting is a health care consultancy specializing in long term care, providing expert oversight and advising skilled nursing, residential, and assisted living facilities nationwide. This position is critical for ensuring assigned facilities maintain an exemplary relationship and high standard of care for both their employees and residents, while also operating efficiently and adhering to all state and federal regulations.

• Mission: This person provides corporate oversight to assigned skilled nursing facilities, assisting their Administrators with overall operations and ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversight: Provide comprehensive corporate oversight for your assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Consultation: Assist the Administrators of client facilities with the day-to-day overall operations.
• Compliance: Ensure all assigned facilities adhere to state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Strategy: Effectively develop and implement marketing plans to support the client facilities.
• Leadership: Work with and supervise others as an effective leader and collaborative team player.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-facility oversight within the long term care industry. Must be a licensed HFA (Health Facilities Administrator) in good standing in Indiana.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in multi-facility oversight specifically within the long term care industry.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations that govern skilled nursing facilities; ability to prepare and analyze budgets and financial reports; possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to analyze and solve problems and resolve conflicts in a positive and constructive manner; ability to prioritize and concurrently manage multiple tasks.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Health Care Administration or a similar degree.
