As Regional Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and operated according to community objectives by leading, mentoring, and guiding community teams, thereby contributing to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Team: Leads community management teams including Community Managers, General Managers, and on-site support staff; partners with senior leadership.
• Mission: Ensure properties are maintained and operated according to Board and community objectives by leading and mentoring community teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Guide community managers, general managers, and on-site support staff to foster their professional growth and ensure effective property operations.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with board members through regular communication and engagement, providing strategic input and guidance during meetings.
• Financial Oversight: Offer expert support and recommendations related to association financials, budgets, and forecasting to ensure fiscal responsibility and sound economic practices.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular property visits to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with established policies and standards.
• Strategic Growth: Support and collaborate with business development efforts to attract and secure new management opportunities, participating in developer transition meetings for new communities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current CMCA designation. Director-level leadership in homeowner association property management.
• Experience: 5+ years of successful Homeowner Association property management experience. Prior leadership experience managing a team of 10+ individuals.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong coaching and mentoring ability, outstanding written and verbal communication, proactive problem-solving, and sound judgment under pressure.
• Bonus: Additional industry certifications.
