What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Create and foster relationships with business leaders to understand their staffing needs, becoming a trusted partner by advising on strategy and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Management: Build and maintain a specialized professional network, then source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess their skills, motivations, and fit for exciting opportunities.
• Deal Execution: Negotiate deals effectively and place candidates, taking ownership of the full recruitment process from initial client engagement to successful candidate placement.
• Performance Ownership: Monitor personal activity, placements, and revenue performance to maximize results and earnings, driving your own progression and contributing to overall team goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Lumicity prioritizes character over credentials, with no prior background in recruiting or sales required for this role.
• Experience: No prior experience in recruiting or sales is needed, as comprehensive training and mentorship are provided from leaders who started in this exact position.
• Skills: A self-starter with a proactive and resourceful mindset, organized and dependable in managing multiple priorities, and an excellent communicator with strong emotional intelligence and goal orientation.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent professional experience is preferred but not strictly required.
