• Mission: Solve client workforce challenges in the construction industry by expertly matching skilled professionals with suitable roles.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Develop new business relationships and maintain an existing network of client companies through cold calls, client visits, networking, and entertainment events.
• Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled professionals to match client requirements for contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates through ongoing contact and a relationship-based sales approach.
• Market Leadership: Drive client relationships within a designated market and actively pursue leads to expand your professional network.
• Professional Development: Build foundational recruitment skills and knowledge while taking responsibility for personal development through ongoing learning opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Core understanding of sales principles and client relationship management.
• Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a sales-related role.
• Skills: Achievement focused, resilient, authentic, trustworthy, self-motivated, self-reliant, takes initiative, good communicator, able to overcome obstacles, and a team player.
• Bonus: A strong desire for personal development and professional growth within the recruitment industry.
