What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze & Strategize: Interpret market trends, regulatory changes, and industry data to inform strategic account plans and business recommendations.
• Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster account growth and retention.
• Plan & Forecast: Lead account planning activities and sales forecasting using relevant tools and data sources.
• Propose & Negotiate: Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations, and negotiate agreements by leveraging data insights and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth integration and efficient issue resolution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or a related area; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating senior-level expertise in a related business domain.
• Experience: Two years of experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, or omni-channel merchandising, specifically demonstrating proven expertise in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and customer retention metrics. This includes experience managing stakeholder relationships, identifying engagement strategies, and effectively communicating with partners.
• Skills: Strong business acumen with comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, regulatory impacts, and market fluctuations. Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for business decisions and sales proposals. Expertise in negotiation techniques and developing compelling sales presentations. Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence business partners to achieve shared objectives.
• Bonus: Experience in direct sales roles.
