Recruiting Intern (Part Time) | Stange Law Firm, PC
The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Stange Law Firm, PC, located in Clayton, Missouri. Stange Law Firm is a multi-state family law firm, recognized as the second largest and one of the fastest-growing family law firms in the country. This role is crucial for supporting the firm’s continuous growth by assisting the Recruiting Director in attracting and onboarding new talent. The intern will play a key role in managing the applicant pipeline and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both full-time and part-time opportunities.
The TL;DR

• Team: Reports to the Recruiting Director
• Mission: To support the recruiting function by assisting with applicant management, interviews, and administrative tasks to ensure the firm hires qualified candidates.
• Tech Stack: Applicant Tracking System, PC Programs
What You’ll Actually Do
• Interview: Assist in contacting and conducting interviews for all employment opportunities.
• Manage: Help administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System for applicants.
• Post: Support the posting and maintenance of open job positions at Stange Law Firm.
• Analyze: Assist in providing recommendations and analysis regarding job applicants, including running background checks and checking references.
• Administer: Perform various human resource duties as needed to support firm operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Human Resource Degree or equivalent, or possess an equivalent degree. A High School degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Some knowledge and/or experience in Recruiting or Staffing is required.
• Skills: Proficient in PC Programs, with moderate typing skills of at least 45 words per minute. Possess excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills, along with excellent attendance and punctuality.
