The Tone:
This is an internship at Tesla, located in Palo Alto, CA or Fremont, CA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Coordinate ever-changing requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders.
• Prioritize: Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, ensuring thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
• Update: Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirm new hires, maintaining data integrity for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Identify: Identify opportunities for improving the overall candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Assist: Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed to support team objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Available for a minimum of 12+ weeks for the internship, able to work full-time (32+ hours per week), and proficient in Microsoft Office tools/programs including Excel and Word.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction; strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, demonstrating initiative and curiosity; results-oriented, resourceful, and analytical approach to tasks; learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Previous work experience or internships in a related field is a plus.
