What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to consistently fill positions.
• Source candidates: Generate a high volume of quality candidate flow using a diverse array of sourcing methods.
• Manage interview process: Conduct thorough phone-screens and expertly manage the entire interview process, from initial sourcing through to the final offer and seamless initial onboarding.
• Document progress: Document all conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback meticulously within the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process paperwork: Process all necessary paperwork related to onboarding and dispositioning candidates with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive paid training will be provided; a college degree is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be self-motivated, driven to set ambitious goals, and possess a relentless work ethic.
• Experience: Individuals should be coachable and thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
• Skills: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, a strong customer-centric focus, the ability and eagerness to work with the latest technologies, an elite work ethic, and a commitment to working 100% in-office.
