What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview qualified candidates to determine their suitability for roles.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with your Account Manager to pinpoint top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Network Development: Build and nurture relationships with industry contacts to expand knowledge, generate referrals, and cultivate sales leads.
• Client Support: Perform a variety of customer service-related activities for candidates and clients.

• Background: Customer or sales-focused experience is essential for this role.
• Experience: Experience working within a team-oriented environment is required.
• Skills: Proven ability in relationship building, candidate interviewing, and identifying potential talent.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
