Recovery Measurement & Reporting Analyst (Hybrid) | Enova International
The Tone:
This is a full-time, hybrid role at Enova International, a leading financial technology company. Enova leverages its AI and machine learning-powered Colossus™ platform to provide online financial services, supporting non-prime consumers and businesses while also offering technology and services to traditional banks to expand credit accessibility. This role is crucial for managing the transition of delinquent accounts from internal collections to an external law firm network, directly supporting the Recovery Team’s strategy and contributing to revenue generation.

• Mission: Transition delinquent accounts to external law firms, manage external law firm relationships, and maintain recovery strategy to drive revenue through accurate data management and reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and distribute all necessary documentation to external agency partners on both a recurring and ad-hoc basis.
• Account Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of default accounts, managing “flip accounts” and tracking placement data across internal platforms like Salesforce.
• Relationship Support: Assist in managing relationships with Enova’s network of outside law firms and collections agencies.
• Legal Documentation: Prepare and review documentation specifically to support litigious activity on default accounts.
• Data Auditing: Conduct quality audits on placement and recovery records to identify discrepancies, track changes, and ensure data accuracy and compliance through follow-up with law firms.
• Financial Reconciliation: Audit SIF/PIF reports submitted by external agencies against internal finance records to verify accuracy and flag any discrepancies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Pull account-level reporting and assist with various ad-hoc data requests as needed by the team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 1 or more years of experience in analytics, data science, litigation, or financial services.
• Experience: Proven experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite products, with advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective time management, ability to prioritize tasks, goal setting, and developing systems for achieving those goals, alongside basic SQL experience to run and write data queries.
• Bonus: Basic Python knowledge, particularly familiarity with scripting for data processing or automation, is preferred.
