The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bonus Tech Inc, located in Miami, FL. Bonus Tech Inc is an Engine Teardown business known for providing engine spare parts quickly and competitively for a wide range of brands including Pratt & Whitney, CFM International, General Electric, Rolls Royce, and IAE. This role is crucial in assisting the Quality Manager to ensure that all parts are properly handled, stored, and tracked within the warehouse. The Quality Systems Coordinator directly contributes to the company’s commitment to efficiently supporting customer fleets and reducing their costs by preventing damage or loss of valuable engine components.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Day shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm), Monday to Friday, with overtime possible.
• Location: Miami, FL (In-person)
• Pay: $18 hourly
• Team: Reports to the Quality Manager.
• Mission: Ensure engine parts are handled, stored, and tracked according to quality procedures to prevent damage or loss.
• Tech Stack: Spreadsheets, simple tracking tools.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Part Handling: Monitor and support the safe handling and proper storage of engine parts, including Life Limited Parts (LLPs), to ensure their integrity.
• Organization Support: Assist with proper consolidation of items on pallets and help prevent over-stacking to maintain order in the warehouse.
• Damage Prevention: Ensure metal-to-metal contact is avoided during storage or handling to prevent damage to components.
• Inventory Organization: Support the organization of parts by engine and customer, including maintaining specified par levels for critical components like HPC blades and HPT blades.
• Quality Monitoring: Document recurring errors or handling issues, track the use of shop materials, and collect basic quality metrics such as misplaced parts and rework frequency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a foundational ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but a basic attention to detail and comfort using spreadsheets or simple tracking tools are essential.
• Skills: Strong communication skills for reporting issues to the quality team, an organized approach to tasks, and a willingness to consistently follow established procedures are necessary.
• Bonus: Previous warehouse or production experience.
