Senior Quality Manager – International Systems Integration | Motorola Solutions

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Poland
• Team: Global Field and Product Quality
• Mission: Define and execute a robust quality strategy across the international systems integration lifecycle, ensuring projects consistently meet established quality expectations and objectives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Define Quality Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive quality strategy across the international systems integration lifecycle, proactively identifying key areas for improvement and ensuring projects consistently meet established quality expectations and objectives.
• Manage Quality Operations: Support the existing Critical Communications quality program by diligently managing frontline quality deliverables, ensuring the enforcement of field deployment processes, verifying process capability, and maintaining a robust Quality Management System.
• Ensure Compliance & Governance: Manage internal audit programs to ensure the International Systems Integration business rigorously adheres to Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead thorough root cause analysis and execute effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues that impact project deployments, while actively driving a culture of operational excellence using data analysis and quality tools to eliminate waste and improve system deployment capabilities. Also, ensure downstream impacts from system deployments are analyzed and translated into applicable product and process improvements.
• Collaborate & Align: Partner closely with Systems Integration project stakeholders, international deployment teams, and business leadership to ensure that all quality metrics are accurately aligned with and effectively support overall business needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a strong foundation in quality management or systems integration.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in quality management or systems integration.
• Skills: Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science with the ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents. Proficiency in data management methods and statistical analysis tools to support data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to define strategic roadmaps, drive organizational change, and present complex technical strategies to leadership. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards is also required.
• Bonus: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ), or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, or prior experience in the telecommunications industry.
