About the Role: Public Relations Assistant

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and brand relations initiatives in our Tampa office. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about branding and communications to grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with the coordination of public relations activities, preparing essential communication materials, and actively supporting campaigns designed to strengthen our clients’ visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of press materials and communications, including media alerts, press kits, and advisories.
  • Support the coordination of public relations campaigns and brand initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Maintain highly organized records of media contacts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information for outreach.
  • Track and document press coverage and all campaign activities to assess effectiveness.
  • Assist with drafting written materials, including compelling press releases, concise statements, and engaging promotional content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand alignment across all client communications.
  • Monitor media coverage relevant to clients and prepare comprehensive summary reports for the communications team.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotional activities, and various brand engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
