The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for an Operator to join Amber Taverns, with roles located at various pub sites across the company’s expanding estate. Amber Taverns is an established and growing organization that specializes in the strategic purchase and development of between 10 to 12 pubs every year, actively building a robust and diverse portfolio. This pivotal role is central to the company’s ongoing expansion, directly contributing to the successful integration and operational excellence of newly acquired and developed establishments. What You’ll Actually Do
• Pub Management: Assume direct responsibility for the comprehensive daily management and operational oversight of a specific pub, ensuring all aspects from inventory to staffing and customer service are handled efficiently and to Amber Taverns’ standards.
• Estate Integration & Growth: Actively join and contribute to Amber Taverns’ expanding network of operators, directly participating in the company’s objective to acquire and develop between 10-12 new pubs annually within its estate.
• Business Performance & Profitability: Drive the commercial success and enhance the profitability of the assigned pub, developing and implementing strategies that attract and retain a loyal customer base, and manage costs effectively.
• Utilize Company Support Structure: Proactively engage with and make full use of the extensive support systems, operational guidance, and resources provided by Amber Taverns to optimize pub performance and navigate challenges.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain and uphold the high operational standards set by Amber Taverns, ensuring a welcoming environment, compliance with all regulations, and consistent quality across all pub activities.
