What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Execution: Execute trades following established trading strategies and risk management guidelines.
• Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Monitor market conditions, analyze data, and identify viable trading opportunities.
• Strategy Development & Refinement: Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop, refine, and continuously improve trading strategies.
• Position Management & Risk Oversight: Monitor and manage trade positions, including assessing risk exposure and evaluating portfolio performance.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines, maintaining accurate records of trades, positions, and performance metrics, and operating with first loss capital.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: A proven track record of successful trading in one or more financial markets.
• Skills: Strong understanding of trading principles, market dynamics, and risk management strategies; proficiency in utilizing trading platforms and tools; excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
• Bonus: Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, exceptional business instincts, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in time-sensitive trading environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating and sharing insights.
