What You’ll Actually Do
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate proactively with a diverse range of vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure all property maintenance, repair, and operational needs are met efficiently and to high standards, ultimately contributing to guest satisfaction and property value.
• Housekeeping Management: Strategically manage and oversee comprehensive housekeeping schedules and teams, ensuring that all rental properties meet rigorous cleanliness standards and are impeccably prepared for guest arrivals and owner stays.
• Work Order Processing: Meticulously input, track, and ensure the timely and accurate completion of all maintenance and service work orders for properties, demonstrating attention to detail and proactive problem resolution for property issues.
• Project Assistance: Actively assist in the planning and execution of various seasonal projects, property enhancements, and preventative maintenance initiatives to improve property aesthetics, functionality, and overall guest experience.
• Property Upkeep: Take ownership of ensuring the continuous proper upkeep, aesthetic presentation, and functional readiness of all vacation rental properties under management, reflecting Oversee’s commitment to quality and exceptional guest hospitality.

The Must-Haves
• Background & Experience: This entry-level position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Prior experience in property management is preferred for candidates.
• Core Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside strong organizational and time management abilities. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional Attributes: Exhibit the ability to work with little supervision, make independent decisions, and manage tasks effectively under pressure while multitasking. A self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated approach is essential, complemented by a polished professional presence and demeanor.
• Bonus: Proficiency in software applications utilized specifically for property management.
