What You’ll Actually Do
• Offer Generation: Consistently make multiple offers on real estate deals each week, with each offer taking approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
• Offer Management: Diligently follow up on all previously submitted offers to track progress and potential conversions.
• Network Building: Develop and expand a network of deal finders by utilizing the company’s established system and resources.
• Deal Execution: Utilize provided funding and support to close or sell residential and commercial real estate deals, generating profit.
• Personal Development: Participate in exclusive world-class training, virtual and in-person mentoring, and one-on-one weekly training sessions to enhance real estate investing skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Independent real estate investor/entrepreneur role for individuals seeking to build their own business in real estate, without requiring prior industry experience. Core domain knowledge centers around real estate deal generation and transaction closing.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; the role is open to individuals without prior real estate experience.
• Skills: Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to build a personal business, meticulous attention to detail, natural problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, desire to help others, and willingness to dedicate at least 5-10 hours per week to the role to start. Must also possess good credit to be entrusted with company funds, a reliable internet connection, a desktop or laptop computer (Apple or Windows), and a smartphone (Android or Apple).
• Bonus: Previous negotiation experience is a plus.
