What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Actively participate in and assist with the successful execution of various promotional events and campaigns, working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure all objectives are met.
• Direct Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with a diverse range of customers at events, initiating conversations, answering questions, and providing clear, concise, and compelling information about the services Ice Speak Social helps promote.
• Event Logistics & Setup: Provide crucial hands-on support for the physical setup and efficient breakdown of all event materials, displays, and promotional assets, ensuring the event space is prepared professionally and dismantled smoothly.
• Brand Advocacy & Image: Consistently uphold and project a professional, enthusiastic, and positive brand image for Ice Speak Social and its clients, demonstrating excellent decorum and helpfulness in all interactions.
• Feedback & Data Collection: Assist in tracking various metrics related to customer engagement during events and meticulously gather feedback from participants, which is vital for evaluating campaign effectiveness.

• Background: This entry-level position requires candidates to hold a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, seeking individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the promotional and brand engagement sector.
