• Mission: This role is responsible for the successful identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects in accordance with user needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Execution: Participate in the identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned general or systems-related projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with both internal and external resources to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects based on user needs.
• Project Assessment: Participate in training users on new projects and evaluating the overall effectiveness and outcomes of projects.
• Team Oversight: Manage the performance of the project team and evaluate the overall performance of the team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience, with a focus on project management activities.
• Experience: Five to eight years of experience in project management activities.
• Skills: Demonstrated management and leadership skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree preferred.
