What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Definition: Partner with operations, service, and manufacturing teams to gather and refine their data and operational requirements.
• Business Translation: Translate specific business needs into clear data requirements and actionable project deliverables.
• Data Initiative Leadership: Lead initiatives that effectively leverage data from systems like ERP and various external sources to improve operations.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Align stakeholders on critical reporting needs, key performance metrics, and comprehensive execution strategies for data-driven projects.
• Solution Delivery: Work cross-functionally with IT and technical teams to deliver practical data solutions and ensure that project milestones and deliverables are consistently met.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field with experience in manufacturing or operations-focused environments.
• Experience: Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering, coupled with exposure to Digital Transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Candidates must also have experience working directly with operations and business teams, as this is not a standalone IT/ERP implementation role.
• Skills: Proficiency in connecting business processes with corresponding data and reporting needs.
