What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Scoping: Develop project scope for a single Line of Business (LOB) based on business and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Delivery Oversight: Review key project deliverables prepared by the team, create weekly and monthly MIS reports for a single LOB, and promptly escalate deviations from the project charter to maintain compliance.
• Team Leadership: Undertake resource planning and allocation in line with project needs, manage attrition and performance outcomes, and conduct performance appraisals to guide team members on professional growth.
• Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and assess potential project risks or issues, implement mitigation methods, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate quality planning into project execution.
• Engagement Economics: Create project estimates in line with project scope, approach, and milestones, and manage change requests to maintain financial parameters.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams and client Directors for sprint planning, delivery issues, and project updates, conducting regular cadences with Workforce Management Group and Quality Assurance teams.

• Background: Manager-level professional with core domain knowledge in Project Management.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in project management.
• Skills: Project Management, Project Scope Development, Resource Planning & Allocation, Risk Identification & Mitigation, Engagement Economics & Estimation, Stakeholder Management.
• Bonus: Experience assisting in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within a single Line of Business.
