Project Manager (Intern) | PROJXON

• Mission: Owns the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Documentation and Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task assignments, and essential project documentation.
• Performance Tracking: Track project progress using KPIs and performance metrics, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Meeting Facilitation & Standards: Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and retrospective reviews, supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring projects adhere to organizational standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields (or currently pursuing). Entry-Level.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in project management, operations, or consulting.
• Skills: Strong organization and time-management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, including strong spreadsheet skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus: OPT/CPT eligible.
