• Mission: Owns defining project scope based on client requirements, managing engagement economics as per project estimates, and collaborating with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Scope Definition: Develop the project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single Line of Business (LOB), ensuring clear alignment with overall business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Deliverable & Reporting Oversight: Review key project deliverables prepared by the team to ensure alignment with client expectations, quality standards, and contractual SLAs; provide feedback and guide technical leads for improvements, and create weekly/monthly MIS reports for LOB operational, quality, and fulfillment parameters, escalating deviations promptly.
• Team Leadership & Development: Undertake resource planning and allocation in line with project needs, manage attrition and performance outcomes, conduct performance appraisals, and guide team members on professional growth and improvement pathways.
• Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify and assess potential project risks or issues, implement effective mitigation methods, and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate robust quality planning into project execution processes.
• Financial & Stakeholder Management: Create project estimates aligning with project scope, approach, and milestones; manage change requests, and collaborate with technical teams, client Directors, Workforce Management Group, and Quality Assurance teams for sprint planning, delivery issues, project updates, and resource fulfillment/quality adherence.
