Job Description:

This is a Summer Internship Program designed to build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship will provide real, on-the-job experiences within the intern’s area of interest and specialty, exposing them to the broader business and cross-functional collaborations.

Dates: June 2 to August 8, 2025
Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week
Pay: $18 an hour

Your Day To Day:

• Become an active project management resource in the US Networks Playout projects and other projects as approved.
• Assist in the creation of project/program management KPIs, metrics, benefits & risk analysis, workflows, process maps, policies and procedures.
• Research related industry and global program management best practices
• Gather data & analysis tools and assist in the development of reports utilizing these data points.
• Research tools to automate project management tasks to better utilize resources
• Work with other project managers to determine project resource requirements.

• Stakeholders of active projects.

Group Innovation Project:

• Interns will participate in a group innovation project, working cross-functionally and presenting their ideas to an executive committee at the end of the program.

You Have:

• Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technology-related major preferred.
• Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
• Expected graduation of summer 2025 or winter 2025.
• Self-motivated, Self-disciplined.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Interested in project management, process improvement, quality, and Six Sigma.
• Can manage multiple tasks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
• Participation in prior internships, extracurricular activities, community organizations, and/or professional associations preferred.
• Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
